IG Report Page 188 - Crossfire Team MISLED FISC Court?

The Washington Field Office FBI interviewed the Primary Sub Source for the Steele Dossier 3 times in 2017. (see page 188 of the IG report) (see who ran the DOJ really).
The shocking outcome of this, is that the source told the FBI that it informed the "Crossfire Hurricane' Team, in January 2017, that his information was useless (not corroborated and hearsay).
Is it possible the Weissman Team created a Wood's File to Misdirect the public and Courts into looking at the Source (Steele) and not the Primary Sub Source (Igor Danchenko) to hide this information (that would of shut the Mueller Probe at its APEX of removing a duly electing sitting Present of the United States)

2018 DOJ LEtter to FISC Pae 8 - MisleadING ?

When you read this 2018 DOJ Letter to the FISC court - you must understand this is written in response to new information about the credibility of the source (British Spy Christopher Steele) due to the Interview of DOJ #4 position Bruce Ohr that indicated:
- BIAS
- and resulted in the FBI TERMINATING Steele as a Source (Carter Page FISA).
In response the DOJ says 1 very unscrupulous and misleading statement:
- FBI met the Primary Sub Source for Steele Dossier and found that he was "truthful and cooperative"
The truthful comment the DOJ represents to the FISC court is the Page 188 Post above from the IG report.
Scroll up... read that again... and try and reconcile the DOJ's representation of the source being "truthful and cooperative", but not informing the FISC Court that the source states the corroboration for content in the dossier is "zero".

- Did Andrew Weissmann allegedly fabricate a Woods file, after he was informed by the Washington Field Office FBI, they had interviewed the British Spy Christopher Steele's Primary Sub Source (Igor Danchenko) in May of 2017?
- Did Andrew Weissmann allegedly launder the James A. Wolfe leak of the Carter Page FISA to hide the leak operation to create a public outcry of a special counsel? (Leak put into the news April 4, 2017 and Special Counsel appointed May 17, 2017)?
- What date was this Woods file created? Being that it is only policy, why even create one after the fact?
Theory has it, that Weissmann was drawing the attention away from the Primary Sub Source, and towards the Steele person, in order to evade retroactive review of the Carter Page FISA renewals, that could all possibly be found invalid due to lack of supporting evidence (primary sub source said he could not corroborate the allegations with the dossiers).
- Its known the DOJ could have been informed via the WOLFE indictment that a Grand Jury was on May 3, 2018 and an indictment was on 06/07/2018, with a plea deal on October 15, 2018
- Its not known when the DOJ would of known when the WFO FBI interviewed the Steele Primary Sub Source; however its known that in May of 2017 the WFO FBI were told by the Steele Primary Sub Source that he informed the Crossfire Hurricane Team (FBI Agent Peter Strzok?) that evidence attributed/tasked to him could not be corroborated.

Is it possible Weissmann created the Wood's file to misdirect the public from the Primary Sub Source saying it was all fake? And instead training the FBI and DOJ to hide behind the "truthfulness" of Steele saying he believed what he believed (blocking his source saying it was BS)?
Is it possible the Steele Dossier and Mueller appoint was to cover the illegal spying stopped by Admiral Rogers at the NSA? (see the last article of this homepage for full details).
Were there dossiers prior to the Steele one, that were created by Fusion GPS (the place DOJ #4 official Bruce Ohr's wife worked - Nellie Ohr)? and Steele just put his name on it to distract the public?
