On April 16 2016 the NSA Director, Admiral Rogers, stops all unauthorized contractor access to the NSA database in response to Compliance Inspection Review Report 93.
The results of Compliance Report 93 were addressed in a report under the FISA Court Judge Ms. Collyer deemed the Collyer Report.

This report outlined 85% noncompliance with rules for accessing American citizens private data, and identified that private contractors were given access to this database, without the knowledge of the FISA court.
The Collyer Report noted that the private contractor, that was never reported to the FISA court, was authorized by the FBI, through an internal memo granting acess, and that they did not view the individual contractor companies (and personnel) as ‘private’, because they accessed the database within federal facilities.

Days after Private contractor access was cut from the NSA database on April 16 2016, the wife, Mary Jacoby, of a contractor company Fusion GPS, Glen Simpson, scheduled an appointment with the White House on April 19 2016.
What transpired next is suspect to the greatest abuse our 4th Amendment Right in history.

Following the contactor access cut off from the NSA database on April 16, 2016, a FISA warrant was obtained on a member, Carter Page, of a presidential campaign’s team.
Carter Page was allegedly a known CIA and FBI asset that entered into a presidential campaign that the CIA and FBI used, to label as a an agent of a foreign power, allegedly decieve the courts, and obtain the highest possible invasive surveillance warrant.
With this invasive warrant they illegally surveilled Carter Page, and due to its structure of collection, hundreds of thousands of American’s digitial information (calls, texts, geolocation, transactions), including everyone in the Trump Campaign, Transition Team, and Administration From October 2016 date to August 2017 were collected.
On 03.17.17 the Senate Intel Committee Minority Chair Mark Warner and Security Officer James Wolfe were caught in a leak investigation, distributing the Top Secret Carter Page FISA to a Buzzfeed reporter (Ali Watkins) to start the public call for a Special Counsel (Robert Mueller).
This act was covered up (Robert Mueller ran our DOJ from May 2017 to February 2019), and our country's rule of law has been compromised by this single decision.
If Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was suppose to be in charge of the DOJ (AG Sessions recused for Russia matters), and appears he was also yielding all Russia related items to Robert Mueller, then what was he doing? And is he clueless, or complicit?
